LAUNCH STATUS
JAMOBOP is currently in production preparation. The marketing site, custom three-plan paywall, RevenueCat Test Store configuration, and core Flutter learning flows exist; public App Store and Google Play listings are not yet represented as live.

QUICK FIXES
App will not openRestart the app, check available storage, install operating-system updates, then restart the device. If the problem remains, record the device model, OS version, and app version.
Full access disappearedConfirm the device uses the same store account as the purchase, reconnect to the internet, reopen JAMOBOP, then use Restore JAMOBOP Full.
Purchase is pendingStore approval, family approval, or payment authorization may still be in progress. JAMOBOP listens for entitlement updates and should unlock after the store confirms them.
Screen or text feels too largeJAMOBOP supports larger text within tested layouts. If content becomes unreachable, note the screen, text-size setting, device, and orientation for an accessibility report.
BILLING & CANCELLATION
Apple or Google charges the payment method connected to your store account. JAMOBOP and RevenueCat verify purchase status but do not receive your full payment-card details.
Cancel monthly or yearly access
- Open the subscription settings for the store account that made the purchase.
- Select JAMOBOP.
- Choose Cancel subscription and follow the store confirmation.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the period already paid for.
RESTORE JAMOBOP FULL
- Confirm you are signed into the same Apple or Google account that made the purchase.
- Connect to the internet.
- Open JAMOBOP Settings.
- Select Restore JAMOBOP Full.
- Wait for the success or recovery message before leaving the screen.
A restore should never charge you again. If the store confirms the purchase but Full remains locked, collect the store, product type, approximate purchase date, app version, and a screenshot that does not expose sensitive payment information.
What a restore does not recoverVersion 1.0 has no JAMOBOP cloud sync. Store restoration can recover paid access, but it cannot recover lesson progress that existed only on another device.
LOCAL PROGRESS & DELETION
Completed Hangul tracks, learned Hanja roots, Replay strength, language, audio, haptics, and motion preferences are stored locally. JAMOBOP does not have a server copy it can email back to you.
- Clearing app storage or uninstalling may delete progress.
- Operating-system backups may affect whether local data is restored.
- Progress does not automatically move between iOS and Android or between devices.
- Purchase restoration and progress restoration are separate.
To remove app data, use your device's app-storage controls or uninstall the app, subject to platform backup behavior. Cancelling a subscription must still be done separately through the store.
KOREAN AUDIO
- Open JAMOBOP Settings and confirm Korean audio is enabled.
- Raise device media volume and disable silent or focus modes that affect playback.
- Confirm a Korean text-to-speech voice is installed and enabled in system settings.
- Try another network or an offline voice if the selected device voice requires connectivity.
- Restart JAMOBOP after changing the system voice.
Current builds request playback from the operating system's Korean speech service. Voice quality and on-device versus network behavior depend on the voice installed on your device.
REPORT A KOREAN CONTENT ISSUE
A useful report includes:
- the visible Hangul, jamo, Hanja, or Korean word;
- the Side, track, root, or Replay screen where it appeared;
- what you expected and what looked or sounded wrong;
- interface language, device, OS, installed Korean voice, and app version;
- a screenshot or short screen recording if it does not include private information.
Content corrections are reviewed before release. A single lesson completion is not treated as proof of mastery, and JAMOBOP avoids claims that finishing the product means Korean fluency.
