These terms explain the JAMOBOP license, the free First Drop, monthly and yearly renewals, lifetime access, store billing, refunds, and the rules that keep the product usable for everyone.
Before publication
Insert the operator identity, jurisdiction, consumer-contact route, and applicable dispute-resolution body. Confirm the terms against final App Store and Google Play product metadata, then obtain jurisdiction-specific legal review.
QUICK SUMMARY
Monthly and yearly access renew automatically until cancelled in the purchasing store account.
Lifetime is a one-time purchase for the supported life of the product, not a promise that software can operate forever.
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer or digital-content rights that apply to you.

AGREEMENT & OPERATOR
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and INSERT LEGAL ENTITY OR TRADER NAME, located at INSERT FULL POSTAL ADDRESS (“JAMOBOP,” “we,” “us,” or “the operator”).
By downloading, accessing, or using JAMOBOP, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The Privacy Notice explains how personal data is handled.
Purchases made through Apple or Google are also subject to the purchasing store's terms. Where store terms and these terms address different parts of the transaction, each applies to the part it controls. Mandatory law prevails over any conflicting term.
ELIGIBILITY & STORE ACCOUNTS
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you are not old enough to do so independently, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use and manage any purchase through the relevant store account.
You are responsible for protecting your device and Apple or Google account. Family approval, parental controls, payment authorization, tax, regional availability, and store-account eligibility are controlled by the purchasing platform.
YOUR LICENSE TO USE JAMOBOP
Subject to these terms and your valid access status, JAMOBOP grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on supported devices for private, non-commercial learning.
You do not acquire ownership of the app, curriculum, artwork, audio, code, trademarks, or other intellectual property. Store family-sharing rules may apply where we enable them. You may not sell, sublicense, rent, distribute, or make the app available as a service to others.
WHAT JAMOBOP TEACHES
JAMOBOP is a bounded Korean-literacy product. It teaches Hangul structure through jamo and introduces 24 Hanja roots through 72 word connections, then reviews learned material through Replay.
No fluency promise
JAMOBOP is not a complete grammar, speaking, listening, translation, examination, or fluency course. Progress, completion, scores, or recall strength are learning aids—not professional qualifications or proof of Korean proficiency.
Korean-language content is prepared and reviewed with care, but educational materials can contain mistakes or become outdated. Please report suspected language or audio issues through the support route so they can be investigated.
PLANS, PRICES & BILLING
JAMOBOP Full is offered through monthly, yearly, and lifetime products. All paid plans unlock the same Full learning content unless the store listing clearly states otherwise.

The marketing site may show planned EUR prices. The only binding price is the localized total, billing period, taxes, and renewal information displayed by the App Store or Google Play immediately before you authorize a purchase.
There is no free trial planned at launch. The First Drop is the free preview. If a trial or promotion is later introduced, its duration, conversion price, eligibility, and renewal terms will be shown by the store before enrollment.
MANAGING OR CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Deleting JAMOBOP does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel through the store account used to purchase.
- Apple subscriptions can be managed in App Store account settings.
- Google Play subscriptions can be managed under Payments & subscriptions.
- Cancellation normally stops the next renewal. Access generally continues until the end of the paid billing period.
REFUNDS, WITHDRAWAL & CONSUMER RIGHTS
Apple or Google processes payments and usually administers refund requests under the store's rules. Contact support if the store shows a completed charge but JAMOBOP Full does not unlock; the operator can investigate entitlement status but cannot access your full payment-card details.
These terms do not limit legal guarantees, remedies for non-conforming digital content, withdrawal rights, or other mandatory consumer protections. In the EEA, immediate supply of digital content may affect the standard withdrawal right only where the legally required consent and acknowledgement are validly obtained during checkout.
If the app is faulty or materially different from its store description, contact support with the purchase platform, app version, and a description of the problem. You may also use any remedy available directly through your store or under applicable law.
UPDATES, COMPATIBILITY & AVAILABILITY
Supported operating systems, devices, features, curriculum, and technical requirements may change as JAMOBOP is maintained. Some updates may be necessary for security, store compliance, compatibility, or correction of educational content.
“Lifetime” describes the non-renewing purchase model; it does not guarantee perpetual operation, every future feature, permanent store availability, compatibility with future hardware or operating systems, or a particular period beyond rights guaranteed by law. If the operator discontinues JAMOBOP, reasonable notice or remedies will be provided where required.
Version 1.0 keeps learning progress locally and does not provide JAMOBOP cloud sync. A purchase may be restorable through the purchasing store account, but local progress may be lost if the app is removed, device storage is cleared, or the device is unavailable.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- use JAMOBOP unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights;
- circumvent purchase checks, entitlement controls, security, or access restrictions;
- copy, distribute, scrape, resell, or republish substantial parts of the curriculum or app;
- reverse engineer or modify the app except where applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction;
- interfere with store, RevenueCat, support, or website infrastructure;
- submit abusive, malicious, unlawful, or knowingly false support reports.
RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
JAMOBOP is provided as a learning tool, not professional advice. You remain responsible for how you use the material and for verifying language in high-stakes, professional, academic, legal, medical, or safety-critical contexts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of JAMOBOP, loss of local progress caused by device failure or user action, or interruptions controlled by stores, networks, device speech services, or other third parties.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies. Any additional liability limit must be completed and reviewed for the operator's jurisdiction before publication.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These terms are governed by the laws of INSERT OPERATOR JURISDICTION, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available in the country where they live.
Please contact INSERT CONSUMER SUPPORT EMAIL first so the operator can try to resolve the issue directly. If the dispute is not resolved, you may use a competent consumer alternative dispute-resolution body where available or pursue the courts and procedures available under applicable law.
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed in July 2025. Current EU consumer-redress information and accredited ADR bodies are available through the European Commission's Consumer Redress resources.
CHANGES, TERMINATION & CONTACT
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, security, or store changes. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date and, where required, brought to your attention in the app. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already accrued.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful use, serious security risks, or a material breach, subject to mandatory law and fair notice where appropriate. You may stop using the app at any time; subscription cancellation remains a separate store action.
